We went on a busy weekend, so I was expecting to be stuck waiting for a while. But, uh, we got seated way faster than I thought we would. The food came out quick too, which made the whole dinner feel a lot less stressful. Overall, it was a really good experience

I booked a table on Joe's Crab Shack before heading over, and it was super easy. When we got there, the host pulled up our reservation right away and we were seated within just a few minutes, even though the place was busy. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Definitely recommend making a reservation ahead of time.

So, we went to Joe’s Crab Shack with my family, we had a really nice time. The crab came out hot, the fries were actually good, and our server was friendly but, like, not over-the-top or anything. It did get a little loud, but I mean, that’s kind of what you expect at a place like this. The food came out fast too, which was nice. Overall, it was just an easy, fun dinner, and yeah, I’d definitely go back again

We stopped here with the kids, and I’m glad we did. They actually ate without complaining, which is half the battle, and the staff were really patient with us. I know taking kids out can be a bit much, but this place made it feel easy.

I was happy with the portion sizes here. The plates come out big, and you definitely don’t leave hungry. I ended up feeling full by the end, so if you like getting a solid amount of food, this place does a good job.

I wasn’t really expecting much from the cocktails, to be honest, but they ended up being really good. I had a couple with dinner and they tasted fresh, not watered down or anything. They were sweet, but not like overly sweet. Kind of surprised me, especially for a crab place

The food was dang good for the price. If you're in the area and looking for something tasty without spending a ton, this spot is a solid pick.

I was kind of surprised in a good way, everything in my order was exactly right, even the extra sauce and the side I swapped. Pickup was super easy too. It’s just nice to get home, open the bag, and not immediately go, “Ugh, they forgot something.”

I’ve ordered takeout here and also had it delivered once, and both times it showed up hot, which is a big thing for me. The crab was tasty, and even the fries held up without getting all soggy. I’m particular about takeout, but this was a good experience with no issues...

The service was quick and we didn’t have to wait at all, which was nice. It did kind of feel like they were rushing things a bit, but overall it was a smooth experience.

I looked at joescrabshack.com before we went, i was surprised by how many options they had. I figured it would mostly be crab, but the menu was a lot bigger than I expected.
They had crab buckets, shrimp, fish, burgers, pasta, and even some lighter choices. My friend isn’t really into seafood, but he still found something without any trouble, which made that whole “someone can’t find anything to eat” situation totally preventable.

I always appreciate when a restaurant has plenty of choices without making the menu feel overwhelming. It made picking a place for our group really easy. Definitely 5 stars from me.

I was there recently the food was just okay. The crab was fine, nothing really wrong with it, but the fries came out cold, which kind of stuck with me and made the meal feel disappointing overall.

I liked this place right away because the inside had that easy beachy feel without trying too hard. The music was at a good level too, so we could actually talk instead of shouting over it. After sitting there for a bit with friends, it just felt like a really chill spot to hang out and enjoy the evening.

Stopped in for dinner, and right away I had a good feeling about the place. It was seriously clean, the tables, floors, and even the bathrooms all looked well taken care of. I don’t know, when a restaurant feels that clean, I just trust it more and enjoy the meal more. Props to the staff for keeping it that nice.
